Allergy & Sinus Pressure Relief

🌿 Congestion Relief Tip: Try this quick cranial sacral technique to relieve pressure in the head from allergies or sinus congestion. Using the tips of your finger pads, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Move up and down from the center of the forehead to the top of the head.


2️⃣ Slide your fingers along the sides of the head, down past the back of the ears, and the side of the neck.


3️⃣ Move across the back of the head, along the base of the skull.

🔄 Repeat the above steps three times.

4️⃣ From the center of the forehead, move across just above the eyebrows to the temples. Gently massage in circular motions at the temples.


5️⃣ Move across the bridge of the nose, cheekbones to the side of the jaw, and repeat a circular, gentle motion.


6️⃣ Continue along the jawline with gentle circular motions.

7️⃣ Move down the side of the neck and end with 5 to 7 pumps at the termini just above the collarbone to promote fluid and lymphatic release.
