Prenatal Sun Salutation
Try this modified prenatal yoga sequence, designed to support both you and your baby during pregnancy. It’s important to create space for both mom and baby as your body changes throughout pregnancy. This sequence can help improve circulation, build strength, and provide stability, supporting your changing body. You can try practicing one salutation a day, or a few each day—whichever feels best for your body.
*For pushups, add the week of your pregnancy together (30 weeks = 3+0= 3).
*Remember to hug belly and baby as you exhale to lower.
*Additionally skip downward-facing dog if you ever feel nauseous or dizzy.
